Dr.D.G.Shetty Educational Society®. Dharwad ( Registered under the Karnataka State Society’s Act 1960) was established by Dr.D.G.Shetty in the year 2001 with the support of well known academicians, professionals, philanthropists and other stalwarts in the fields of education. The society started a P.U. College which is recognized by Govt. of Karnataka in the name of Late Shri Tejappa Mahabal Shetty, a well known hotelier in the year 2003 by receiving donation from his family members.
